In an amended 13D filing on CPI Corp. (NYSE: CPY), Fine Capital Partners disclosed a 4.16% stake (264K shares) in the company. This is down from the 427K share stake the firm disclosed in a past filing.

The filing showed that Fine Capital has been selling since August 22nd.
