Fine Capital Partners Raises Stake in ValueVision Media (VVTV) to 5.11%

In a 13D filing on ValueVision Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: VVTV), Fine Capital Partners disclosed a 5.11% stake (1.9 million shares) in the Company. This is up from the 1.2 million share stake the firm disclosed in a quarterly regulator filing.

In the Purpose of the Transaction section of the filing, the firm said the purpose of the acquisition of the shares is for investment, and were made in the ordinary course of business and were not made for acquiring control of the Company.
