In a 13D filing on ATI Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: ATYT), Noonday Capital disclosed a 5.6% stake (14.3 million shares) in the company. There is no other recent record showing a stake owned by the investment company.

The firm said, consistent with their investment intent, they may engage in communications with one or more shareholders of the Company, one or more officers of the Company and/or one or more members of the board of directors of the Company regarding the Company, including but not limited to its operations.

ATI Technologies is currently in a merger agreement with Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE: AMD).
