Moto-Warning: Could Activists Finally Get Something Done?

Motorola (NYSE: MOT) just botched up another quarter, lowering Q2 guidance after the close. The stock is holding up pretty well (1.4%), possibly being helped by hope activists can finally get some things done, including the firing of CEO Ed Zander.

Activists in the stock include heavy-weight Carl Icahn and the newly announced grassroots effort started by Eric Jackson, which we reported on earlier.
