Large Integral Systems (ISYS) Holder Fursa Alternative Strategies Nominates Two to Board

In an amended 13D filing after the close Friday on Integral Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: ISYS), 12% holder Fursa Alternative Strategies nominated its Chief Investment Officer William F. Harley, III to the Company's Board for election as a Director at the Company's next Shareholder meeting. They also nominate William F. Leimkuhler, who presently serves as a Director of the Company.
The hedge fund said. "the Company's inability to execute alternative strategies for increasing shareholder value to date is extremely troubling." The firm also said corporate governance should be improved saying, "The Company's Board and Management seem to require regular reminding of the need to significantly increase shareholder value."
