ValueAct Capital Raises Stake in MDS (MDZ) to 12.3%

In an amended 13D filing after the close Friday MDS Inc. (NYSE: MDZ), ValueAct Capital disclosed an 12.3% stake (17.7 million shares) in the Company. This is up from the 11.3% (16.2 million share) stake the firm disclosed in a past filing (September).
