Monarch Activist Partners Discloses 5.3% Stake in Paula Financial (PFCO)

In a 13D filing on Paula Financial (Nasdaq: PFCO) this morning, Monarch Activist Partners disclosed a 5.3% stake (345K shares) in the company. There is no other record showing a stake owned by the investment firm.

Monarch believes that PFCO's stock price is significantly undervalued and intend to communicate with management in order to explore measures to enhance shareholder value. The firm said they may acquire additional shares either individually or jointly.
