Loeb Partners Discloses 5% Stake in New Frontier Media (NOOF)

In a 13D filing on New Frontier Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: NOOF), Loeb Partners disclosed a 5.01% (1.2M share) stake in the company.

In a pretty standard discloser the firm said, "Loeb intends to review its investment in the Issuer on a continuing basis and may engage in discussions with management or the Board of Directors of the Issuer concerning the business and future plans of the Issuer."
