Shamrock Adds A Little More Coin(star) (CSTR) To Its Pot of Gold

In an amended 13D filing on Coinstar Inc. (Nasdaq: CSTR), Shamrock Activist Value Fund disclosed a 7.31% stake (2.02 million shares) in the company. This up from the 6.28% stake (1.74 million shares) the firm disclosed in a January 13D filing.

In the original filing, Shamrock said it had no current plans or proposals with respect to the Company or its securities of the types enumerated in paragraphs (a) through (j) of item 3 to the form Schedule 13D promulgated under the Act. This has not been changed.
