Crosslink Capital Shows 8.6% Stake in Virage Logic (VIRL)

In a 13D filing after the close, Crosslink Capital discloses an 8.6% stake (2M shares) in Virage Logic Corp. (Nasdaq: VIRL). Crosslink's Michael J. Stark is a member of the board of directors of the company. The firm said it has no present plans or proposals which relate to, or would result in, any of the transactions or events described in Item 4 of Schedule 13D. Crosslink Capital showed a 1.91 million shares stake in VIRL for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
