SCSF Equities Discloses 5.2% Stake in Nautilus (NLS)

In a 13D filing on Nautilus, Inc. (NYSE: NLS), Sun Capital Securities disclosed a 5.2% stake (1.71 million shares) in the Company.

The firm said it has no present plans or proposals that relate to or that would result in any of the actions specified in clauses (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D.

Recently, Sun Capital submitted, then withdrew, a $9 per share offer for Talk America (Nasdaq: TALK).
