Oxir Investment Discloses 7% Stake in vFINANCE (VFIN) - 13D

The firm said based on its analysis, they believe that the Board of Directors and management of the vFINANCE are not maximizing the shareholder value, and the firm intend to seek to engage in discussions with the Board of Directors and management of the company concerning the business, operations and its future plans.
