The Partnership intends to review on a continuing basis its investment in the Orbit common stock, Orbit's business affairs and financial condition, as well as conditions in the securities markets and general economic and industry conditions. The Partnership may purchase additional Orbit common stock either in the open market, in privately-negotiated transactions, or otherwise.
